PUMPKIN HUMMUS WITH ROVIRA TEMPTING

Servings: 6-8 people

Ingredients:
Rovira Tempting Crackers
1½ cup of pumpkin puree
1 can of cooked chickpeas
1 garlic clove
Olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. of salt
1½ tsp. of ground cumin
Tahini

Procedure:
1. Add to your mixer the ingredients: pumpkin puree, precooked chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic clove, salt, ground cumin and tahini.
2. Blend until you get a creamy dough without lumps.
3. Finally, place the mixture in a container, add olive oil and tahini to decorate to taste. Enjoy it with the Rovira Tempting crackers.

 

HUMMUS DE CALABAZA CON ROVIRA TEMPTING
Porciones: 6-8 personas

Ingredientes:
Rovira Tempting
1½ taza de puré de calabaza
1 lata de garbanzos cocidos
1 diente de ajo
Aceite de oliva
Jugo de 1 limón
1 cdta. de sal
1½ cdta. de comino molido
Tahín

Procedimiento:
1. Añade a tu batidora los ingredientes: puré de calabaza, garbanzos precocidos, jugo de limón, el diente de ajo, sal, comino molido y el tahín.
2. Licúa hasta obtener una masa cremosa y sin grumos.
3. Para finalizar, coloca la mezcla en un envase, añade aceite de oliva y tahín para decorar a gusto. Disfrútalo con las galletas Rovira Tempting.
