SALMON CEVICHE WITH ROVIRA EXPORT SODA LITE CRACKERS

Ingredients:

2 lbs. of salmon fillet cut into cubes
Salt to taste
4 tbsp. of vegetable oil
1 purple onion
Fresh ginger to taste
1 lemon zest
1 clove of minced garlic
Juice of 2 lemons
½ cup of chopped cilantro
Rovira Export Soda Lite crackers

Process:

  1. In a bowl, add the salmon, salt and vegetable oil
  2. Cut the onion into julienne style and let it sit for 3 minutes with warm water and salt. Remove the water and add the chopped garlic
  3. Grate the ginger and lemon over the salmon and mix
  4. In another bowl, remove the juice from the lemons and mix it with 3 to 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  5. Add the onion with the garlic and then add the lemon juice with oil to the salmon
  6. Add finely chopped cilantro and accompany it with your Rovira Export Soda Lite crackers and ready!
