HOT CHOCOLATE WITH ROVIRA EXPORT SODA BUTTER CRACKERS

Ingredients:

1 can of evaporated milk
1 cup of whole fresh milk
4 bars of sweet chocolate
1 cup of water
1/4 tablespoon of butter
Edam cheese or mild cheddar style cheese (queso de papa)
Rovira Export Soda Butter crackers

Process:

  1. In a saucepan, boil the cup of water and place the chocolate bars. Boil until melted. Mix until the chocolate is completely melted
  2. Add the evaporated milk, and then the fresh milk. Heat for several minutes until everything is well incorporated. Move until thick
  3. Once ready, serve in cups, and put a piece of cheese inside the hot chocolate. Accompany with your Rovira Export Soda Butter crackers
