HEALTHY CHOCOLATE AND HAZELNUT CREAM WITH ROVIRA LITE

Servings: 6-8 people

Ingredients:
2 cups of raw hazelnuts
¼ cup of cocoa powder
1 cup of hazelnut milk
½ cup of maple syrup
Rovira Export Sodas Lite

Process:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Bake the hazelnuts on a tray for about 10 to 15 minutes. Let stand.
  3. Place the hazelnuts in the food processor and beat until the hazelnuts are crumbled.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat again until a thick textured cream forms.
  5. Place the cream in a container and accompany it with your Rovira Export Sodas Lite.
