MELON AND CUCUMBER SALAD WITH ROVIRA LITE SODA CRACKERS

Servings: 4 people

Ingredients:
2 cups of melon cut into cubes
2 cups of cucumber cut into cubes
Juice of 2 lemons
Zest of a lemon
⅓ cup blueberries
⅓ cup of honey
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1 handful of mint leaves
Salt and pepper to taste

Process:

  1. Cut the melons and cucumbers into small cubes
  2. In a salad bowl, add layers of melon, cucumber and blueberries. Add some mint leaves and lemon zest between the layers
  3. Incorporate all the ingredients, stirring carefully to avoid breaking them
  4. To prepare the dressing, use a small container and squeeze the juice from the two lemons. Add the honey, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil and mix well
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix again
  6. Finally, add the vinaigrette to the salad and incorporate all the ingredients well

QUINOA SALAD WITH ROVIRA MULTIGRAIN5 SODA CRACKERS

Servings: 8 people

Ingredients:
2 cups of cooked quinoa
1 cup diced red bell pepper
1 cup of red onion finely chopped
1 cup of diced cucumber
1 can of black beans rinsed and drained
1 can of sweet corn drained
Fresh coriander
Rovira MultiGrain5 Soda Crackers

Vinaigrette:
⅓ cup of extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Zest of a lime
Himalayan pink salt

Process:

  1. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients for the salad and stir well
  2. In a smaller container, add the ingredients for the vinaigrette and mix with a fork until all the ingredients are well incorporated
  3. Add the vinaigrette to the salad and mix well
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving
  5. Accompany with your Rovira MultiGrain5 Soda Crackers

MEDITERRANEAN SALAD WITH ROVIRA WHEAT SODA CRACKERS

Servings: 4 people

Ingredients:
½ cup of romaine lettuce
1 tomato
1 cucumber
½ red onion
1 red pepper
1 cup of black or regular olives
½ cup of feta cheese
Rovira Wheat Soda Crackers

Vinaigrette:
¾ cup of olive oil
¼ cup of vinegar
1 tsp. of salt
1 tsp. of pepper
1 tsp of dried oregano

Process:

  1. Cut the tomato, cucumber, onion, romaine lettuce, celery and pepper and place them in a salad bowl
  2. Add whole black or regular olives and diced feta cheese
  3. Mix the ingredients for the vinaigrette, add to the salad and incorporate well
  4. Accompany with your Rovira Wheat Soda Crackers
